Sign your consultation agreement
The CICC requires a written agreement before any consultation. It opens online right after payment, in English and Spanish.

Meet Gina online
You receive the video link and reminders by email, and can reschedule from that email if needed.
Frequently asked questions
Which consultation should I choose?
A specific question: 30 min. You want to know your options and a plan: 60 min. You are in Canada and ready to work on PR: 90 min. Already prepared your application and want it checked before you submit: choose an Application review.
Can my spouse or children join?
Yes. Your spouse and children under 22 can join the same consultation.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Consultation fees are non-refundable. You can reschedule from the link in your confirmation email. If you join late, no extra time is added at the end.
Is anything included after the consultation?
You can send up to three follow-up questions by email within two days of your consultation.
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes. Right after payment you sign a short Initial Consultation Agreement online, in English and Spanish, as required by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
